This Project is ONLY AVAILABLE to residents of Australia and New Zealand at this time.
Our Wanted To Buy Project Co-ordinator will contact you with details of the registered purchasers or sellers if your selected pattern/s becomes available.
Registration to list a Pattern is FREE.
All registered buyers will be contacted with the seller's details. When making contact with sellers please include your contact information in the initial inquiry. It will then be your responsibility to negotiate direct with the other party to finalise the sale.
NOTE YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN BETWEEN THE REGISTERED LISTER OF BUYERS FOR THE SPECIFIED PATTERN AND THE SELLER INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTION.
SELLERS AND BUYERS ARE ADVISED THAT ALL NEGOTIATIONS are strictly between purchaser and vendor. The Noritake Collectors Guild IS NOT INVOLVED IN THE SALE. NOR DOES IT RECEIVE A COMMISSION ON SALES OR REFERRALS. The Noritake Wanted Patterns Project is provided purely as a referral service between the Seller and a potential Buyer. By Registering your personal information and details of interest/s as either a Seller or as a Buyer you acknowledge these terms and conditions and all parties indemnify the Noritake Collectors Guild, and the Wanted Patterns Project Co-ordinator Gary Bryant and Karry-leeanne Fisher from and legal recourse as a result of your registration and sales/purchases or lack of sales/purchases.
All Sales are Caveat Emptor. For security reasons we would like to suggest that you consider the use of a local registered Escrow Agency where possible, should the sale be outside your legal jurisdiction, or if you are unsure.
